STFU Gun!

Japanese researchers have developed a "gun" that that basically makes you STFU.  It works the same way hearing a delayed echo on your cell phone will tend to confuse you and make it difficult, if not impossible, to continue speaking without being confused.  This gun would be great at office meetings where that one guy who knows more than everyone else fills a piggy bank of 2 cents while your trying to get a point across.
